My Favorite Tale UGC Terms and Conditions

At times, My Favorite Tale LLC may reach out to social media users to request permission to feature their favorite content on our websites, social media channels, and promotional materials. If you're reading this, it's because we've asked for your consent to use your social media content in this way.

By replying with the hashtag #YESMyFavoriteTale, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms. Therefore, you should review these Terms each time you grant us permission to feature your User Generated Content ("UGC").

By replying #YESMyFavoriteTale, you grant My Favorite Tale LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid license to use your UGC in any manner we deem appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying it on our websites and social media pages, incorporating it into promotional emails and advertisements, and using it in any other marketing or advertising initiatives across all media platforms now known or later developed. We may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter, and/or edit your UGC at our sole discretion, without any obligation to you.

You also grant us the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, descriptions of you, location, or other identifying information—including your voice—in connection with any use of your UGC.

By granting us permission, you represent and warrant that you are solely responsible for your UGC and that you own all rights to it or have obtained all necessary permissions from any third parties who may have rights to it. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and that our use of your UGC as described will not infringe upon any third party's rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, or proprietary rights, nor violate any laws or regulations. Additionally, you confirm that your UGC is not libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive, or otherwise unlawful, and does not link to any media or executable file.

We will select and publish submitted UGC at our sole discretion and are under no obligation to use any content you submit. We reserve the right to remove any UGC from our social channels, website, or marketing materials at any time and for any reason.

You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless My Favorite Tale LLC and any person acting on our behalf from any liability related to our use of your UGC.

If you believe that any UGC used by us is inappropriate, offensive, or infringes on someone's legal rights (e.g., trademark or copyright infringement), you can report it by sending an email to support@myfavoritetale.com
